3月9日，据外地通报有1例新冠肺炎确诊病例曾于3月5日至7日在广州市活动。
The epidemiological survey results released earlier today showed that a newly confirmed COVID-19 patient from another city once visited Guangzhou from March 5 to 7.
为做好疫情防控，即日起广州市将在相关区域启动人群核酸筛查工作。请各位市民朋友配合做好街道、社区、单位采取的核酸检测等疫情防控措施。前往核酸检测点时请携带身份证，并做好个人防护，遵守检测点的现场秩序，做到不交谈、不聚集，排队时保持一米以上距离。

In light of the situation, universal PCR testing will be conducted in relevant areas in Guangzhou starting from today. Please cooperate with the epidemic measures taken by your street committee, community committee, and employer. When heading to the testing site, make sure to bring your ID card and practice good personal protection. Follow the on-site instructions, refrain from talking and gathering, and keep a social distance of at least one meter.

为进一步做好疫情防控工作，坚决阻断新冠肺炎疫情传播，保障人民群众身体健康和生命安全，根据广州市新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部关于加强我市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作的通告（第28号）要求，请广大市民朋友及来（返）穗人员进一步配合做好以下防控措施：

To stop the virus spread and protect your health and safety, all residents and inbound travelers to Guangzhou shall follow the COVID-19 protocols below as per the Notice on Strengthening COVID-19 Measures in Guangzhou (No.28):

一、密切关注政府和疾控等部门发布信息。密切关注个人健康码状态以及手机短信提醒，按照指引配合做好核酸检测等疫情防控工作。

1. Follow the COVID-19 updates released by the government and CDC. Check your health code status and phone messages often, and cooperate with COVID-19 measures such as PCR testing.

二、中高风险地区来（返）穗人员主动报备。来（返）穗后请立即向所在社区（村）、单位、酒店主动报备，配合落实好健康管理措施。

2. Make a report. If you come from a medium- or high-risk area, you are required to report to your community (village) committee, employer or hotel upon arrival in Guangzhou, and implement health management measures as required.

三、做好个人健康监测。一旦出现发热、干咳、乏力、嗅觉味觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、结膜炎、肌痛、腹泻等不适症状时，应立即报告所在居委（村委）、所在单位或所住酒店，及时就近至发热门诊就诊，并主动告知医生自己的旅居史，就诊过程中请做好个人防护并不要乘坐公共交通工具。

3. Monitor your health. If you experience fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, or other COVID-19 symptoms, you shall report to your community (village) committee, employer or hotel immediately and go to a nearby fever clinic. You must truthfully inform your healthcare workers of your travel history. In such cases, public transportation should be avoided.

四、强化防护意识。持续做好个人日常防护，科学佩戴口罩，勤洗手，常通风，保持社交距离。乘坐公共交通工具和出入公共场所，配合做好扫码、亮码、测温等防控措施。
4. Strengthen personal protection. Please wear masks correctly, wash hands often, maintain good ventilation, and keep social distance. Follow the safety protocols, such as code scanning and showing and temperature checks, at the entrance of public transportation and other public venues.

关于对广州市重点场所活动人群开展核酸检测排查的通告

因疫情防控需要，请在下面附件提及的风险时间段到过相关重点区域和场所的人员，立即向所在社区（村）联系报备，并前往就近的核酸检测点进行核酸检测，同时配合社区（村）和疾控部门要求做好健康管理。广州市将根据调查进展及时更新重点区域和场所清单。
